About Balanced By Fitness

Balanced by Fitness is a personal training and fitness studio run by Barb Figurski, a certified ACE personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. The studio is well equipped including spinning bikes, weight machines, free weights, bosu balls, stability balls, and much more.

Balanced By Fitness offers fitness classes and personal training in a small intimate setting. Each class, workout, and training session is personalized, taught in small groups or individually with trainers that know how to work with people of all levels of fitness and ability. Balanced By Fitness classes include core strength and stability, strength/resistance (weights), bosu, yoga, spinning (cycling), circuit training, and running speed workouts. 

The classes are generally an hour long, some run 90 minutes, and packed full of intense (as intense as you are comfortable with) physical exercise.

The hour running speed workout is for all levels of runners. Running speed workouts is the best way to improve your training pace and race times. It is also a great way to improve your marathon time especially if trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
