Are you ready for a change in your life?
Do you need help finding balance of health and fitness?
Balanced By Fitness offers Personal Training for individuals in either a private or group setting.
Personal training programs can include Pilates, cycling, weight training, running programs or a combination of all of these to create a customized program.
The cost for personal training is $65 per one hour session (half hour sessions are available for $40).

All Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
