Liberty Athletic Club | Balance By Fitness | Triathlon

To help keep costs down and be more environmentally aware, I want to encourage people
to please bring their own:

  • Workout towel - to cut down on energy costs and water resources.
  • Water bottle - to help reduce this non-biodegradable item, topping the list as the number one land fill offender.
  • Change of shoes - to help reduce wear and tear on the studio due to leaves, mud, salt, and snow.

Not only are these positive and green changes we can do at the studio, but changes that also truly benefit the environment.

If you forget a towel, they will be available for $.50 cents.

  • $1.00 for water
  • $1.50 for gatorade

    • Just a reminder that if your in need of some movitivation to start a training program there are a couple programs at Balanced By Fitness studio and Liberty Athletic Club! Liberty Athletic Club programs are open to non members too!!!
      • Sundays (Space is limited)
        • 8:30am- 10:00am... Will include swim,bike and running( mostly intervals!) Begins Jan 22nd -2/12, 2/19-3/1, 3/18-4/1. You can sign up for one or all three!
      • Monday
        • 9:00am Tri fit swim class & Wednesday at 6:30pm. Begins Jan 23-2/13, 2/20-3/12,3/19-4/2. Focus is on your swim stroke, drills and some intervals to give you a full workout.!

        • 7:00-830am am Personal training group! A hour & half of cardio and strength...intervals workout. $25. No appt needed! Just show up! Studio
        • 9:00am swim class Liberty
        • 3:45pm-5:00pm Spinning and Weights/core Training $90 or drop in $18. studio
      • TUESDAY:
        • 6:15pm-7:20pm Spinning and core Training. fee $90 or drop in $18. studi
      • WEDNESDAY:
        • 8:30-9:45am Spinning and weights/core training. Studio
        • 3:45-5:00pm Spinning and weights/core training Studio
        • 7:30-8:30pm Swim class Liberty
      • FRIDAY:
        • 7:15am-8:15am swim class at Whitmore Lake pool! $5. You must let me know if you are coming to workout!
      • SATURDAY:
        • 8:15am-9:00am Spinning! $75 or drop in $10
        • 9:00am -10:30am spinning and core training. $140 or drop in$25 or both classes for $30
        • 11:00am -12:00am Strength training. $75 or all 3 classes $35
    • Triathlon Workouts
          • SPEED WORKOUTS - fee $12.00 per workout
            • 6:00PM Tuesdays during April (except April 24) and May
            • Speed workout at Dexter High School track. On the days the track is busy we will meet at the track and then run to a hill for hill repeats.
            • A great way to get faster and stronger for running.
          • BRICK WORKOUTS Mornig Session - $124 for the Month
            • 8:00 - 9:15 AM Wednesdays May 2 to May 30
            • Silver Lake Pinckney Recreational State Park
            • What to bring - Bike, bike helmet, waterbottle, fuel, biking shoes, running shoes, hat or visor, body glide, towel, socks, suncreen, and bike pump! Oh and a good attitude.
          • BRICK WORKOUTS Evening Session - $124 for the Month
            • 6:15 - 7:30 PM Thursdays May 3 to May 31

Price for drop in is $18 for weekday classes or $25 for weekend and speciality classes
